Broken Hope USA currently operates in the Pittsburgh metro area. Classes are offered throughout the region at various hospitals, correctional facilities, and churches. Mentoring takes place at various locations convenient to the clients and their families. Additionally, several recovery houses are under development in Southwestern Pennsylvania.
